iOS devs — quick tip that may save you money 💸

When a user requests a refund, Apple gives you 12 hours to share how they actually used your app, along with your preferred outcome for the request.

Many developers don’t know this, or don’t respond in time — and even unfair refund requests often get approved by default.

You can handle this manually via Apple’s API. Or, if you're using RevenueCat, it can automatically respond with usage data and your refund preference based on your selected option:

- Submit data only, let Apple decide - Prefer granting the refund - Prefer declining the refund - Do not handle (default)

Know it. Use it. It could save you a decent amount of money.
