A reminder that small experiments can turn into profitable products 🚀 What started as a half-day proof of concept for a boilerplate product is now a profitable iOS app.

It’s been generating $500–$700 in stable monthly revenue for over a year.

- Total costs/expenses? Nothing.

- Total time invested since launch? A few hours in total.

It was never a main product in my pipeline.

Recently, I received multiple acquisition offers in the low 5-figure range. I even went as far as signing an agreement in the last few days… Then I pulled out.

Instead, here’s what I’ll try to do next.

My current conversion rate is around 6–7%. My goal is to increase it at least to 10–15%.

First 3 actions:

1- Redesign the app icon (more modern & attractive) 2- Add new App Store screenshots 3- Add an App Preview video

Then I’ll iterate based on real data from those changes.

No speculation. Just doing what I can control, measuring results, and deciding the next move based on that.

I’ll keep sharing updates. For reference, you can find the original app launch post below 👇
